Wood adhesive

• Description:

Mitreapel MDF Profile Glue is a D3, water based wood glue with poweful bonding ability. It is used in MDF profiles for joining each other with pneumatic wooden corner assembly machines and used as a general purpose glue for bonding wood., MDF, chipboard, formica and solid wood. The glue is solvent-free and does highly resistant to moisture. It is transparent after set and generates a thing, elastic film layer. It contains special protective mmaterials for bacterial spoilage and mold.

• How to use:

The application surface shall be cleaned from all sorts of dust, oil and dirt. The surface and environment temperature shall be over +5º during bonding. The humidity of the wooden material to be bonded shall be between %8-12. The product is ready for direct use. Do not add water. Stir thoroughly before using and apply with a brush or roller. Apply evenly to the surface and without any extreme amounts 150-200 g/m2. Close the cover of the pack tightly after using.
